Rental Policy

EVENT RENTAL CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY


This policy applies to all event rentals, including but not limited to backdrops, chairs, tableware, props, linens, and décor rentals.

All rentals are considered time-reserved services.

Rental Reservations & Payments

  • Rental items are reserved once payment is received

  • All rental fees are non-refundable

  • Availability is removed from inventory immediately upon booking

Security Deposits

Some rental items require a refundable security deposit.

Deposits:

  • Are refunded within 3–5 business days after item inspection

  • Are returned to the original payment method

  • May be partially or fully withheld if damage, loss, or excessive cleaning occurs

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72hrs or more before the event date may be eligible for refund

  • Cancellations made less 72hrs before the event date are non-refundable

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in full forfeiture of rental fees

Date Changes

  • One (1) date change may be requested per booking

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental date

  • Date changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed

Rental Duration & Late Returns

  • Rental duration is specified at checkout or in the rental listing

  • Late returns are subject to additional daily fees

  • Failure to return items may result in full replacement charges

Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees

Customers are responsible for rental items from pickup/delivery until return.

Fees may apply if:

  • Items are damaged, broken, stained, or missing

  • Items require excessive cleaning

  • Items are returned incomplete

If damages exceed the security deposit, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer.

Delivery & Pickup Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure safe access for delivery and pickup

  • Missed delivery or pickup windows are not eligible for refunds

  • Delays caused by venue access, weather, or client availability are the client’s responsibility

Refund Processing (Deposits Only)

Approved deposit refunds:

  • Are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Are issued to the original payment method

Rental fees themselves are non-refundable.
