This Shipping Policy applies to all retail party supplies and custom products purchased from Tamayne’s Events.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Timeframes (Estimates Only)
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak seasons are outside of our control.
Tamayne’s Events is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Shipping Fees

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
Custom Orders & Shipping
Custom and personalized items:

Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received:

Customers must file a claim with the carrier

Tamayne’s Events is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery
Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup

Pickup must occur within the communicated timeframe

Unclaimed orders may be cancelled without refund
RENTAL DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY
This policy applies to all event rentals, including backdrops, chairs, tableware, linens, décor, and props.
All rentals are considered time-reserved services.
Rental Delivery Options
Rental delivery options may include:

Setup and breakdown (where offered)
Delivery availability and fees are displayed at checkout or communicated during booking.
Delivery Time Windows

Delivery times are scheduled within a delivery window, not a guaranteed exact time

Customers must ensure access to the venue during the agreed window

Missed delivery windows due to client or venue access issues are not refundable
Client Pickup Responsibilities
For pickup rentals:

Customers must arrive on time

Valid ID may be required

Items must be transported safely and securely
Tamayne’s Events is not responsible for damage caused during customer transport.
Rental Return & Pickup

Rental return time is specified at checkout or in your booking confirmation

Late returns are subject to additional daily fees

Failure to return rental items may result in full replacement charges
Delivery Conditions & Access
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery addresses

Ensuring elevators, loading zones, and access points are available

Informing us of stairs, parking restrictions, or venue rules
Additional fees may apply for:

Long carry distances

Difficult access
Weather & Force Majeure
Tamayne’s Events is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by:

Severe weather

Road closures

Government restrictions

Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances
Rental fees remain non-refundable in these situations.
Responsibility During Rental Period
Customers assume full responsibility for rental items from:

Time of pickup or delivery
until -
Items are returned and inspected
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Missed Pickup or Delivery

Missed pickup or delivery appointments are not eligible for refunds

Additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply
