Retail Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all retail purchases, including party supplies, décor items, and custom products purchased from Tamayne’s Events.

Eligibility for Returns (Retail Items Only)

We accept returns on select non-custom retail items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or local pickup

  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (including party favors, signage, and made-to-order décor)

  • Balloon products (balloon garlands, bouquets, loose balloons)

  • DIY balloon kits once opened

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery or pickup

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom and personalized products are final sale.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details prior to checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible.

Shipping-Related Returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Subject to bank or payment provider processing times
